        We are getting older day by day spending our journey of life.We face many more challenges. Sometimes we face those challenges bravely but some times we face those like fools.Is it problem with the world that we act like fools.No, we are responsible for each and every step that we take in our life.But can we come this far on our own?No.Which helped us so far and what will help us in future?I had no idea with that,but manage to come this far.

                             

 Personal Progress Development or in short form PPD , after i come to know with this subject and when i started to learn this i realized what are my strengths and what are my weaknesses which helped me and pulled me back. PPD gave meaning to everything what we are doing.How to face challenges, how to work as a team,what qualities we should practice to become a good leader and a good team member,how to make decisions when we are alone.It also improves our creativity.

     We are afraid to express our ideas to others.Most of the times we can't express ourselves.Should we hide ourselves? No.On the very first day we were asked to come in front of the class and had to talk about ourselves about 4 minutes.You may think that what an easy task.But we all repeated the same thing.Oh God 4 minutes.At last we all went front and expressed ourselves.It was such a fun to get to know the friends and their details. With the things that we did in the PPD lessons we were able to improve our speaking ability.Miss Sarasi does not allow us to speak in our own languages.It helps us to improve our speaking ability as well as it vanishes away the fear of us to talk in English. And also we should improve communication skills and creativity.In the PPD session we learn all of these things which makes us professionals.
                                   
 We guys become responsible people in the near future and will face the world with many more challenges.We should have a great personality many soft skills to market ourselves.Qualities which we improve will help  our life ladder to take us higher and higher. So I am very happy to learn a subject like PPD to improve my personal qualities and hope it will help me in one day to fly over the horizon.
